For our foreign customers who require PAL format on their VIDEO, we are able to convert to PAL format FREE OF CHARGE.

SHIPPING:
PWP will ship anywhere in the world. Orders are usually shipped via first class air mail. PLEASE UNDERSTAND, deliverey to the USA from Canada may take up to 2 weeks because of Homeland Security and any new US Customs regulations.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR FOREIGN ORDERS:
All foreign orders cost $8.00 per VHS tape / $6.00 per DVD ordered. DVDs are recorded in Zone #8, playable anywhere in the world with a multiscan television set. All packages are hand written without labels or logos. If you are using PAYPAL, go to the 'SEND MONEY' button on the PAYPAL website to place your order.

RETURN POLICY
